OUR STORY

The idea first took shape in 2022, when I began to notice how dietary restrictions often meant giving up on favorite foods. It became clear that there was a need for recipes that balanced both health and flavor meals that felt indulgent without being heavy or harmful.
Cooking had always been a passion, nurtured since childhood when I would perch on the kitchen counter making misshapen rotis alongside my mother. Returning to the kitchen with fresh purpose, I began reimagining traditional recipes in lighter, heart-friendly forms. Among these experiments, one stood out, pickles. They offered bold, authentic flavors, could be made without unnecessary additives, and paired effortlessly with everything from dal-chawal to fusion meals.


When I began sharing these pickles with family and friends, they were met with enthusiasm, so much so that jars would disappear into bags as people left our home. Their feedback sparked an idea: to create a line of pickles that are authentic, handmade, and crafted with the same care I put into every meal.What began as a small kitchen experiment has grown into something larger, a way to share the comfort of home-cooked authenticity, balanced with the awareness that food should nourish as much as it delights.
